The location was fine, but the desk staff were rude. There was no shampoo or body wash in my room, and when I asked the desk the next morning and again when I returned that evening, they still hadn't provided any. I called the desk and they told me to come get it themselves, claiming they knew I’d asked for it that morning and that it was too bad—apparently it wasn’t her job.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean, and the shower was large and safe with no slipping. The beds were too hard and the pillows were far too soft; my husband slept on the couch upright, so I stayed awake watching TV.
