The staff were super friendly and the western town program was fantastic. But the breakfast spot in the lower building felt cramped when it got busy, even though it was warm outside – we could have eaten outside or in the hallway. We booked thinking we were in Arizona, but the site listed Colorado as the location. The walk from the town to the hotel wasn’t lit, and there was an extra fee for outdoor parking.

Breakfast was spot‑on – plenty to choose from and nicely set up. The kids had a blast picking their own food and were happy. The grounds were beautiful and clean; we walked the area a few times. The kids’ corner at the accommodation was a hit, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. We did wish there were a shaded play area for the children, and a few hiding spots in the trees would have been nice. The natural pool could use a bit more finishing touches, but overall it was great.
