I had booked twice before and found the hygiene still good. However, on the afternoon of 30/5 we were only informed about a water issue before check‑in, which disrupted our plans because we had no time to book another hotel, and I was very angry.
We always choose this spot when we’re in KK. Parking is a bit difficult.

Getting there is easy. I chose a different room but ended up with another one.
The place is conveniently located, walkable, in attractive areas, and offers affordable pricing. The hallway smells of cigarette smoke, especially at midnight when the smoke seeps into the room and keeps us from sleeping. The floor is sticky and slightly dusty.
“Kinabalu Vacay”
The location is easy to access and close to Anjung Kinabalu (Filipina Market). They don’t provide cold water, and even the hot water isn’t hot enough for me to cook Maggi.
