The place exudes calm and a relaxed vibe just a short walk from the city center, and the breakfast spread is generous with both sweet and savory options! The stay was top quality.

The location is ideal for exploring the historic center, and the staff are very efficient and organized, attentive to guests and offering a great breakfast. The lack of an elevator wasn’t a big issue because the room was on the first floor.

Everything was nice: the spot, the room, the cleanliness, and the breakfast could use some improvement. A few points: it wasn’t very appealing for Italians, but for foreigners who ate with us there were no cold cuts, no cheeses, no eggs—just four croissants and two sweets.

The staff were dismissive and entirely unwilling to listen to our requests, though the building itself was in a good spot.

The location was fine, but the room fell short on cleanliness, services, and overall condition.
