The staff were extremely courteous. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms, especially the showers, had no black mold that you usually find in higher‑rated hotels. I would have liked complimentary slippers to be available.

The location was close to the train, metro, and bus stations, the rooms were clean, the breakfast selection was good, and the reception staff were friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Rome next time.

The location was convenient. The stay was generally fine and the staff were kind and attentive, but the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable, and the bed was not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise the experience was pleasant, though these aspects should improve.
