The pool was the only bright spot of the place, and we also loved the area, which is beautiful and full of places to explore. The property itself was very old, with a strong damp smell, spider webs, outdated and incomplete dishes, and insufficient cooking gear that was sometimes damaged. The main fridge was far too small for a family of five, while the second one was in a poorly maintained garage that smelled strongly of stale air and gasoline. During hot weather the upstairs became unusable because the cooling unit provided was old and ineffective. The villa was very isolated, with no shops or lively spots within fifteen minutes by car. The lack of a gate made it hard to secure the entrances, especially with kids. The pool had no safety barrier, which was a real danger for young children. The small watercourse on the side of the house was infested with mosquitoes that flew into the house. The pool remained the main highlight, but the rest of the stay was very disappointing. We would not choose this accommodation again. We tried to find solace by spending as much time as possible exploring the stunning region.
