The building is newly renovated. However, a homeless person managed to enter the hotel, rode the elevator, and lingered for a while, which made me question the security. Additionally, a fire alarm went off at 5 am, prompting an evacuation that turned out to be unnecessary.

I was pleased that the property sat right next to the airport, restaurants, Walmart, and Target—everything I needed. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and I enjoyed the theme‑night popcorn, trail mix, and popsicles. However, at 5 am two men were loudly speaking Creole right outside our hotel door, which was directly by the elevator. When we were about to leave the room to check out, I saw a housekeeper peeking inside; presumably she was checking if the room was empty, but that was inappropriate. We actually checked out early around 9:45 am.

I didn’t use the service. The elevator’s location from the front walk was too far, especially for elderly guests, and there was no trolley to move luggage.
