I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which I would expect to be at least a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, it fell short in almost every aspect, from the limited and unappetizing breakfast options to the dirty coffee area. The only redeeming quality was the spacious room, but even that couldn't make up for the subpar service and facilities, which seemed more like a 2-star hotel.

The lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and a mirror in the bathroom was frustrating, and the customer service at the reception was non-existent.
