The garden was beautifully laid out with loungers for relaxing, and the owner was very friendly. The location is great for a trip to Addo. The rooms felt old-fashioned, with carpet and runners, and there was a slight musty smell. Breakfast was very simple and only offered filter coffee.

The accommodation is perfectly situated for Addo National Park, and the grounds are well-kept on a citrus plantation. Emma welcomed us warmly, and all the staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was good and made fresh to order. In the evening we dined at the small on‑site restaurant and it was excellent—small menu, very fine dishes! The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
