I looked for help and found no staff. The room was tiny, with no chair and no shelves in the wardrobe, at least in mine.

Everything was great; the penthouse room was excellent because street noise didn’t reach us. We felt very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and pleasant, and we’ll return. The only downside was how quickly the days passed.
