“Awful. I’ll never be back.”
Safari hut 164 was infested with bugs, and the staff were extremely rude. I posted screenshots of the bugs, burn holes in the blankets, and the rude responses from staff on Google reviews. All dome facilities—pool, hot tub, sauna, game room—were out of order, and they told us they don’t serve breakfast even though the website lists it. The rooms haven’t been updated in over 20 years. In a video of the room I saw the bed was anchored to the wall with a metal cord and several aftermarket brackets holding the old bed together. The staff’s rudeness and the sheer number of bugs made the $300 I paid for a shower and a quick exit feel pointless.
