The hotel claims to be 5‑star, but our stay fell far below that mark. The overall cleanliness, especially of the room, was disappointing and seemed more like a 3‑star place. The breakfast, marketed as excellent, turned out to be only average and fairly bland. Nothing in the selection or quality stood out. The hotel could improve, but it currently doesn’t meet the 5‑star standard we expected.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly, with an excellent location. There were no negatives.

The spot was convenient and the pool stayed uncrowded. However, the electrical supply was poor, the cooling system was a disaster because it had no temperature control, the rooms weren't clean, and there was a lot of noise with parties going on until late night.

The place is dirty and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; the whole stay was exhausting. Every part of the experience was broken.
