“Very good and nice”
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the location right next to many shops and banks was great, but the food and the staff left something to be desired.

When we arrived at the property we were told we didn’t have a room. The receptionist said he could book us at the ‘sister’ hotel, Bethel Court. With few other options at the last minute, we agreed to transfer. When we got there it was noticeably shabbier than the Rehoboth Ezulwini suites; the apartment was old, the shower was a hand shower only, and the AC wasn’t working. We were not offered any discount and had to pay full price for a hotel we hadn’t booked originally. We left early and cut our Eswatini stay short because bed bugs were also found in Bethel Court. To make matters worse, the receptionist never apologized during the whole process.

I had an excellent experience here, nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and the location convenient, but the directions to the hotel could be clearer. The room’s furnishings were minimal, missing an extra armchair, a writing desk, and a simple chair.

The hotel was spotless, though the area around it felt a bit unsafe.
