The room was bigger than expected, with a balcony that fits about six people on the first floor, spacious enough for breakfast; bamboo mats block the sun. Michaela at reception was friendly and gave useful information. The room had a small fridge, a Nescafe capsule machine, a kettle, and a coffee pot. Spotlessly clean. Pisa is reachable by train in about 15 minutes, the station is a 5‑minute walk, and Florence takes an hour by train. A 5 € per person ticket to Livorno (ICE 160 km/h) was available. The city centre is lovely with many small bars and restaurants. The surroundings are not typical Tuscany; a Piaggio factory sits opposite the room but it doesn’t bother at all. Highly recommend the Pizzeria Osteria Pasquale, just 5 minutes away, which explains the dishes clearly. We charged our electric car for 7 minutes at a 150 kW McDonald’s on the highway, paying with a bank card.

The spot right next to the Piaggio Museum and central to the places we wanted to see is perfect. The room is spacious, clean, and comes with a beautiful terrace. Nothing particularly negative, though the network and mattress might need a review.

Everything was fine; nothing to add.

The location is great and the area is quiet. It’s very close to universities, the train station, an art gallery, and the CBD. The staff provide excellent service and the place is clean. The only downside is the language barrier.
