Guillaume was a great host and the townhouse had been beautifully renovated—clean, modern, and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was excellent for exploring Poitiers, though the narrow streets leading to the property can be intimidating for less confident drivers; we were fortunate to spot a parking spot right outside the door.

The stay was flawless: warm welcome, a lovely house in a great spot near the cathedral and city center. I recommend it.

The personalized welcome was great; the owner personally greets guests. The old house was renovated in one of the most beautiful streets of the center, and the room was well equipped with a comfortable bed. The electrical equipment in the room was very bright at night, but if you unplug it partially, everything is fine.
