The spot’s great, the pool and steam room are solid, breakfasts and dinners are decent, but the room feels cramped and the bathroom is tiny, with no seating in the bedroom and the reception area loud with music and a big screen that makes it hard to read.

Very friendly staff. The lighting in the bedrooms was too bright, with only spotlights and no side or reading lamps.

The location is handy and you can grab a taxi quickly, breakfast options are plenty, yet some waiters seem clueless—slow service, wrong orders, and they can’t tell if you want decaf—dinner is pricey for what you get, rooms are comfy but the decor looks worn.

Hotel public areas and bedroom were spacious. It never felt claustrophobic. Plenty of car oarking at the hotel, which is not always thr case. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was its proximity to the Chester Park and Ride, which we used often to avoid trying to park the car in Chester City centre. All in all, a most pleasant stay, and would certainly stay here again. Cannot think of anything really

The place is lovely, staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the room is quiet and comfy with great air‑conditioning, parking is ample, breakfast is good, and it’s perfect if you travel with a dog; it’s a bit far from Chester town centre, but you get a quiet room in a modern facility.
