The location was great, less than 5 minutes from the main square. The place feels cozy, with a large shared kitchen and living room that has books, board games, and couches. The only downside was that my room had no regular windows, just two small openings near the ceiling, so it stayed quite dark even during the day and it was hard to circulate air.

The breakfast was good, though I’d add a savory option. The location is excellent and the hospitality is warm. The only issue was the lack of tourist information material.

The owner’s hospitality was excellent, and she even suggested a spectacular itinerary (the panoramic road of Campo Imperatore and the village of S. Stefano di Sessanio).

The building is stunning, just steps from Piazza del Duomo, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and there’s free car parking very close to the hotel. Highly recommended for a city visit!
