The music and hospitality are great, just the stairs are a bit of a nit‑pick.

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very nice too. Plus, there was parking behind the hotel, so I’d definitely recommend it.

If you want to feel how welcoming, cozy, artistic and special a hotel can be, you have to come here; the whole place feels like you’re suddenly seated at a table with von Goethe.
This is a very nice hotel with exceptional style and charm; we were only 2 minutes on foot to Helvete and about 35 minutes to the turbine hall. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is run by very welcoming people; the décor may look dated, but that’s exactly the intended vibe. Breakfast is paid on site (12€/person) and is more than generous—certainly worth it for the self‑infier, and we’ll book the same hotel again next year.
