I stayed in a stunning spot with a radiator you could toggle on and off, solid Wi‑Fi, and a fire pit – you can buy a £6 starter kit that lasts for four fires. The place is close to a big petrol station and convenience shop, and the receptionist was incredibly sweet. The neighborhood was eerily quiet, and I only saw men walking around. The toilet and shower were in a separate building but spotless, and the water temperature was spot‑on!

The location was decent, but the property lacks a private toilet or washroom – everyone shares the same facilities, which is especially inconvenient at night. Insects swarmed the room, making it uncomfortable, especially for my baby; I couldn’t sleep well. Families with young kids should avoid this place because the shared bathroom and bugs made the stay very difficult.

It was our first time Glamping as a family and we have now definitely got the bug. The hut was perfect, even better than expected and the facilities on the site were really clean and well looked after. We were visiting family in Dolgellau so the location was spot on. An all round brilliant stay, we will definitely be back. Nothing!!

The bed was extremely comfortable, but the setting felt more like a caravan park; still, it was quiet and not too crowded.
