The owners were so nice, we felt warmly welcomed and the place is very kid‑friendly; they welcomed our boys and we were allowed to pet the Nelson dog, so we’ll definitely come back, maybe even next year; thanks for the hospitality, Fam. Kahr. The room and balcony weren’t completely clean, but that didn’t bother us, so I gave it a 10/10.

We stayed at Hotel Residence Charles and were very happy! The property is super convenient, extremely clean, and just steps from the beach and public transport, perfect for those looking for relaxation and convenience. It was me, my husband, our son, and our large dog: the welcome was fantastic! The owners are wonderful people, with rare kindness, availability, and warmth. We felt cared for from day one to the last, so I highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was good for a three‑star place, and the cappuccino made by the owner was delicious and very friendly. The hotel sits close to Bellariva beach, and the owner, his wife and son were all very kind. The bathroom was tiny and dated, and the hotel parking was not available.

We booked on a whim for two adults and a child and were completely delighted. The owners, a relaxed couple, handled everything without any trouble and made us feel right at home. Eugenia was a constant sunshine – always present, helpful and very friendly. I was especially impressed that Giancarlo called a private mechanic for our broken car; he arrived in about 30 minutes and had it fixed in another 15, so we could drive off. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, though you have to pay for the loungers – we managed to find a free one about 500 m away. We tried several restaurants and liked La Giungla best, which is a 5‑7 minute walk from the hotel. The area is quieter than Rimini centre and we’ll definitely return. I can’t see any downside and don’t understand the negative reviews; my experience was simply flawless.

The welcome, the location and the staff were all very pleasant. The room wasn’t very clean, and the breakfast was not abundant.
