“AVOID AT ALL COST”

I had to find another place that night because the property was absolutely disgusting. I booked in a rush because I wanted to stay there, and I regret not reading reviews – I wasn’t the first to point out the problem. The flat may have looked like the photos years ago, but it hasn’t been kept clean, and it’s now filthy. Mold is everywhere in the bathroom and on the living room walls from an unrepaired water leak. The bedsheets seemed never washed or changed, with a dead cockroach on top – that was the most disgusting part. When I contacted the owner, he was rude and refused a refund even though we didn’t stay. Customer service said their policy offers no protection in this case, which is extremely disappointing.

“Value for money I enjoyed my stay .”

The spot in Makati is spot‑on—central, safe, and right under a small mall that has everything you could need, making it super convenient. The building looks good, the pool is great, and the gym is solid. My room was compact but tidy, with excellent Wi‑Fi, a comfy bed that gave me a good night’s sleep, a nice little balcony with a view, a smart TV, and reliable AC. Shower water was always hot and pressure was fine. I stayed for a month and the price was a steal. On the downside, the room wasn’t spotless when I arrived—general cleaning could have been better. The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies; only a large deep pan was available, and other dishes were a bit dirty, though I only made light meals. There was no microwave. The washing machine had a slight leak, and the bidet pipe was leaking too, but the staff replaced it after I mentioned it. I’d normally give 8, but I bumped it up to 9 because the place is really nice.

“Not worth it.”

I had the worst booking experience to date. No key or entry instructions were provided, and when I got to the property I was told to wait. After nearly 30 minutes, I followed up and the staff got upset, using harsh language instead of apologizing, and even suggested I cancel if I wasn’t happy and get a refund as if that were possible. I would have cancelled if that were true. The place was also unclean. It was a truly traumatic experience.

This place is damaging its reputation by allowing properties to post fake photos and recommending this type of lodging. Check my Google Map review for the real pictures. The walls are crumbling and there’s standing water in the bathroom.
