The service from Rachida was outstanding. Even though we struggled with language because she didn’t speak much English, we managed to communicate well using Google Translate and gestures :) The room was very comfortable, with a spacious wardrobe and a safe. The air conditioning worked great during the nights. The shower curtain door didn’t close properly, but the water didn’t leak out. The location was excellent, just a 17‑minute walk from the Jemaa Al Fna square. Breakfast was decent, though there was a lot of bread and a bit of a lack of variety. Rachida was friendly, kind, and helpful all the time. 100 % recommended.
