The reception was courteous from check‑in through the stay and check‑out; this was my second visit and I look forward to staying again. No complaints.

The hotel was clean, nice, and comfortable. A staff member called us late at night to tell us we owed 50 yen for an outgoing call made from the room phone; after several talks they finally waived the fee. The lobby and elevator smelled like smoke, and when I asked the same staff member about it, he said he was a smoker so he couldn't detect the scent.
