The staff is always the best part, though the place is a bit noisy because it's an old building.

Lenox is a great central spot for exploring the Berkshires, and the inn sits right near the town center and Tanglewood; the rooms are very comfortable, the hosts and staff are super friendly and go out of their way for you, and there are many delicious breakfast options.
