I didny care for this hotel at all the cleanliness, kids running around screaming and crying, my room wasn't even available at 8 pm and then my room was dirty, TV didn't work, my shower didn't work. overall complete disaster. I didn’t get breakfast, and the dehumidifier was full and very dirty when I emptied it; the curtains weren’t fully hung on the hooks, one bath towel had holes as did the shower curtain, and the TV’s internet kept rebooting, making it hard to watch anything.

The room was tidy and I enjoyed the hot tub that came with it, but the hallways could use improvement; I wasn’t offered a hot breakfast, and whatever was available was just fine.
