The spot was perfect for a quick night before heading out on a Ha Long Bay cruise, and the dinner and breakfast that came with the rate were tasty. The staff went above and beyond, using their local know‑how to get us to the cruise check‑in spot on time.

Our stay at Paradise Suites Hotel was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment, everything was perfect, and every little detail made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The level of service was truly outstanding. Our room was actually a beautiful suite, much more spacious and comfortable than we expected, with elegant décor and great attention to detail. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices and very good quality. The comfort, cleanliness, décor, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were all exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. A big thank you to the entire team at Paradise Suites for such a wonderful stay and for making us feel so welcome. It was one of those hotel experiences that you are genuinely happy you chose, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

“Good value for money”

The price was a solid deal, especially with half board included. The pictures show a nice swimming pool, but it’s a mile away and you need a car to get there, so it’s not really part of the hotel. There’s no gym, so overall there are no facilities.

“We were only there for one night so don’t try the pool and spa but for a stop over, it was perfect”

The location was close to the cruise dock and the food selection covered both eastern and western dishes, though the wine was pricey. Food and drink prices were high.
