The location was definitely a plus, but the housekeeping schedule left a lot to be desired—rooms were only tidied every other day and the towels were tiny, staying damp after use. When we asked for extra towels or offered to pay for an extra cleaning, we were told none were available, and one of the three rooms even had mould until we complained. On top of that, the air‑conditioning was noisy and a heavy rainstorm caused a leak that left a sizable puddle on the floor.

The place did have the promised air‑conditioning and a garage, and it was conveniently close to the town centre. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was terrible—the bathroom had sand in the corners, fresh urine marks under the toilet seat, soap left on the faucet, and hair in the shower hose. Breakfast was a mess too: we were given a 9 am slot even though service started at 8 am, the area was covered in screens swarming with flies, the bread was stale, and the sandwich maker didn’t work.
