The location was great for traveling. The property was one of the dirtiest major chain hotels we’ve recently stayed at. The staff was friendly but overextended, and management clearly wasn’t keeping up with cleanliness. The front lobby was relatively clean until the elevator. The biggest spill/stain I’ve seen in a long time was on the elevator floor, with scuffs, scrapes, and smears from a dirty cleaning rag on the elevator wall. Hallways were dingy and dirty, and there was a noticeable wad of human fur in our room’s tub. The headboard on one bed was smeared with something that looked like a failed cleaning attempt. The window shade was inoperable due to a broken mechanism, but at least the air conditioner worked. We were exceptionally disappointed and won’t return when there are so many other options nearby.

Location and cleanliness. The microwave is in the lobby and not in rooms. The pet fee is double any of the other hotels in that area.
