The staff were kind, the air‑conditioning quality was good, and the breakfasts offered by the hotel were nice. The room space, its work area, and the excellent location were also positives. The room had occasional light issues in the bathroom, the sheets didn’t seem well washed (I’m saying this mainly because of the smell), and the towels could have been higher quality. The hand cream given as a souvenir had a bad scent; it would have been better to give shampoo instead.
