The owners are wonderful. They are so kind and welcoming. The location is great. Close to the ferry and bus to the airport is just over the road. The food in the restaurant is great. The area is just full of cafés and nightlife is close by. A fridge in the room would be good. The bed is a little hard for my taste. But I can't be that bad… I would stay again for the family and café.

We liked the kindness of the owner and the cleanliness of the hotel. Well located, close to Kao San Road. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Good value for money. The mattress is hard. We heard street noises and partygoers at night.

Structure well connected in the center, it is the second time we come to Thailand and we also reported the last time. The staff is really very kind, the rooms clean and the bathrooms too. They also serve food and cook really with heart. The mattress is hard.

The room had a clear water supply, the washroom was good, towels were clean, and the staff were friendly, but the check‑out time should be 2 pm.

Summary of this review
The guest was decent, perfect for a night stay; everything was clean, you had to take off shoes at the entrance, the concierge worked well, and an old fan still remained. It’s tucked into a lane, so it’s quiet, which is very important. A 7/11 is just around the corner, a pier is nearby, and a bus stop to the airport is also close. We checked in earlier than the scheduled time, which was nice.
