You don’t expect a hotel right on the main street to let you sleep with the window open, but this place was totally quiet! The service was very courteous.
“Preis-Leistung unangemessen, zu teuer”
The room was large and clean, the big double bed was quite comfortable, and the pillows were cozy. The facilities were quite old: carpet in the room, no hair dryer (though it was listed, and one was later put in the room on request), and no trash can in the bathroom. The large wardrobe had a few mismatched hangers, and there was no curtain or blinds on the bathroom window; the window was stuck and could only be opened or closed with a loud squeak. The bedroom had no or very small blackout curtains, no air conditioning or fan, so we had to leave all windows open all night, making it hard to sleep because the room faced a busy highway that was still loud at night. We only met the front desk lady, who seemed a bit shy and sparse in words but did her best. Breakfast was okay for the price – nothing special, but everyone found something and got full, and the coffee was very good – but we only got napkins after asking or were shown where to get them ourselves. Overall not recommended, especially because the price for this place is too high and the location is very inconvenient. We won’t come back.
“kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal”
The host was very nice, breakfast was good, and dinner at the hotel was also nice… The hotel sits right on the B2, so with the window open the street noise is obvious. A few hundred metres away is a historic Elster bridge worth checking out! Thanks for the hassle‑free bike parking.
“Es war in Ordning, danke sehr !!!”
The reception was friendly and helpful, thanks a lot! The room was big and very clean, and the fridge was usable. Because it’s right on the main road, the street noise is very loud when the window is open, and the front door slams loudly into the lock. The bed was very soft.

It was very quiet and pleasant, and the hosts were very friendly.
