The surroundings were calm with a clear view, and breakfast was wonderful; there was an electric charging point available. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful (except the person who handled our check‑in), the rooms were comfortable with top‑quality bedding, and the outdoor facilities, especially the pool, were great. However, the person who did our check‑in on Thursday 10 September for our group of eight behaved oddly, showing arrogance, coldness, and irritation that didn’t match the hotel’s atmosphere or quality, and we couldn’t understand why.

“Never again”

The pool was nice, but the hotel sits 1,5 km from the centre and there’s no shuttle. The street leading there is dark and you can’t walk the last 600 m safely; the hotel’s entrance isn’t marked at all and is pitch‑black, with no lighting on the already dim road. The staff seemed to be on a rotating, makeshift schedule – courteous yet clearly improvised. There’s no in‑house restaurant and the price‑to‑quality ratio felt absurd.

The site and rooms are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and professional, making it a true haven of peace. The only downside is that you can’t dine there, which is a small regret.

“Not a 4 star hotel. Needs some loving.”

We have visited this hotel 4 years ago and loved this hotel. Something very sad has happened to this hotel since then. There are still good things - the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful overlooking the Luberon. But now there is no restaurant - the only evening meal it is possible to have is a “panier gourmand” which is basically the same as breakfast - bread, cheese, sliced meats and fruits with a couple of bought in quiches. There used to be a pool side bar - no longer. The grounds looked sad and uncared for. No mini bar in the room. TV only worked on a couple of channels. Toilet flush was broken. Toilet roll not replenished - we had to ask for more

The breakfast is varied and high quality, and the pool area is well set up with an exceptional view.
