“Great price, location and convenient.”
The location was great, clean, and close to restaurants and public transit. The staff could have been friendlier, and the room felt a little cramped.

Adham, the receptionist, was the highlight of our holiday—super friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. I also liked that we had the freedom to keep the room as we wanted, with cleaning only requested by putting a sign on the door, which made us feel more relaxed. The walls were paper‑thin, and the taxi the hotel arranged for our airport transfer charged us the meter fare instead of the agreed price; the hotel really needs to switch taxi companies.

Everything is very close, the staff are exceptionally helpful and kind, the cleanliness is good, and the breakfast is fine—definitely a place we’ll return to 😊

The host was friendly and helped us with luggage and parking. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel, free, but you must leave the key at reception while you’re out; if you need to move your car you can do so, no worries—people are polite. In the four‑bedroom room, three beds were comfortable, but the person on the fourth bed complained that it was very uncomfortable, feeling every wire under the duvet, and that it should have a double duvet.

It’s on a perfect location for visiting Istanbul at the old town. Parking in front of the hotel. Rooms aren’t that big, but it’s OK for the price. The pressure and hot water are missing if more people are taking shower at the same time
