The room 616 was not Matthew Pierson…. He booked the room for us with my credit card… I am his Father Micheal Pierson and my wife Lisa… We were their for his wedding… The room was not clean to my wife and I. The chair was worn out and dirty. The Bed mattress was worn out terribly. The pillows had no support which made sleeping for us both difficult. Parking charge of $5 a day after paying >$700.00 for 4 days is stealing to me. What is up with the $25.00 check in fee? The maids were very good and we did not eat at any breakfasts offered for lack of space. We did not complain but looked forward to this request. Thank you

Clean personnel at breakfast were very nice and accommodating, but pulling the bed out from the couch was awful and I only slept about three hours.

The breakfast was above average and the room was quiet, but the odd thermostats on the wall seemed to control nothing.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff wonderful, and the suite very clean and comfortable at 100%. Parking? Really everything was great.
