The staff were very friendly and the hotel sits right on the main square with gorgeous views, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The building feels a bit old‑fashioned, the elevator requires you to keep pressing the button to move between floors – most guests just take the stairs – and the location is hard to spot from the taxi drop‑off point. All that makes it feel a touch overpriced.

The location was fantastic – the Warsaw Palace and the Old Town were just steps away, making sightseeing a breeze, and restaurants and a convenience store were right nearby, which was very handy. The view from the room was pleasant, and the staff were incredibly kind, leaving me very satisfied. I also appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway that offered both hot and cold water, plus tea and instant coffee. However, on a day when the temperature was about 32 °C, the room only had a fan and no air‑conditioning, so it was uncomfortably hot.

The location, elevator, and view were great. The only downside was the absence of a hair dryer.

The hotel is right on Schlossplatz, the rooms face the courtyard so they’re quiet, and the bathroom is large. However, the power outlets are in inconvenient spots, and the sink drain is dirty and clogged.
