The service was very good; they helped us a lot with our trip to Guatemala. The location was a bit far from the center.

The common areas of the hotel are spectacular. It is quite remote from the center with few dining options nearby, the room is noisy, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, when the showers are turned on the heater makes a loud noise that disrupts sleep, and the room lacks ventilation.

The interior design is very nice. The house is open to use. There are peacocks. I stayed in a “dorm room” – initially it was rough because the bamboo walls let you hear through easily and a guest there was loud for two nights. Once that guest left the others were considerate about their noise level, it was a much better experience.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and approachable. The best treatment I received in Antigua. The facilities are incredible, definitely the cleanest and quietest hostel I have been to. Maybe improve the location that Google maps shows, because I decided to walk but it’s a bit farther than the map says. However, in Uber it’s not more than 10 minutes from the center of Antigua.
