“駅近くで便利だがわかりにくい”
The location is convenient, close to the station, and the beds are plentiful; the bathroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the address listed a large building complex, making it unclear where to go, so when I called for directions I was told to just look at Google Maps. The place was confusing. The staff were waiting to hand me the key but were very rushed with other duties, and the explanation was inadequate. I had booked a room with two bedrooms, but one of them had a terrible odor that the staff admitted they couldn’t explain; I couldn’t use that room and received no compensation.
