The spot is convenient, especially near the gadget mall; in the morning there were a lot of stalls on the street with plenty of roti canai options.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which is incredibly convenient and easily accessible. Finding food was also a breeze, and I was able to indulge in a variety of local cuisine. However, I do have a suggestion for the hotel management: it would be great if they could update the mattresses and towels, as they seemed a bit worn out.

I must admit that the hotel's comfort level was quite high, making it a pleasant place to rest. However, the room itself was surprisingly small, and I wasn't thrilled about the presence of tiny insects roaming around the room. To make matters worse, the neighborhood didn't exactly have a lot to offer in terms of attractions or entertainment.

While the beds were surprisingly comfortable and made for a decent night's sleep, the rooms themselves were in dire need of renovation. The first room I stayed in was infested with cockroaches, and the second one had a few scattered ones. The bedding had visible stains, and the walls and ceiling showed signs of water damage. However, the air conditioning helped to make the room more bearable, and the front desk staff, despite their limited English, were friendly and accommodating.
