For the price, overall disappointment; the room was good, a two‑storey room with a private sauna, the whole room was great. I’m not sure if the ceiling of unfinished particle board is architectural high point, but the room was super. That’s the end of positives in this price range. The hotel calls itself “spa,” but the baths are for the body only; don’t expect spiritual peace here, especially if you’re refreshed by a small Poseidon with a trident, the whirlpool doesn’t save the beautiful view of the Beskids. Even worse, children run between saunas. The saunas are tiny but beautiful, play pleasant music, but most of the time you’ll hear the steamers in showers or the cooling pool next to them. From the saunas a beautiful access leads to an outdoor area that could have a fantastic cooling pond; there is a pond, but instead of water it contains gravel. The biggest problem is the restaurant. The staff is great, but the kitchen is poor. The fixed menu has chicken, schnitzel with mayonnaise??, trout (sometimes) and a lot of al‑dente pasta. It’s better to eat at Hotel Eroplán in Rožnov. The worst are the wait times – soup 45 min, pasta 75 min, schnitzel with mayonnaise 90 min.
