How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Nothing was there such thing which I liked. I carried worst worst experience of my life along with family. Check in staff so much arrogant ,one they took money they are not ready to serve u hospitality because they knew it's non refundable and you don't have time to fight for this little things. Its really was very dangerous place I stayed there with my family along with 2 kids there Ac, tv ,fan not working ,torn bedsheet with dust and completely unhygienic room. Even Water bottle is not complimentary and mid of the night suddenly electricity lost three times for long time no body was responsive I was trying to connect with hotel manager. It was really very dangerous place not safe for family. Even I took some evidence to this experience on NCH

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was plagued by several issues. The washroom didn't have a clean water supply, and when I went to use the toiletries, I found that the kit was not properly stocked. I had to ask for the basics, which was not what I expected from a hotel.

“Average”

My stay at this hotel was just okay, but I did appreciate the property's newer look and decent design. The large balconies were also a nice touch, although I didn't get to try the breakfast. However, I was not happy to find out that my booking had been changed to a different location without my knowledge or consent. I had originally booked a room in DLF phase 3, but the hotel changed it to a different location without informing me.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional cleanliness and the staff's genuine care for their guests. Shahin at the reception was particularly impressive, providing top-notch service that made my stay truly memorable.
