“Absolute Katastrophe”
I had a disastrous stay at this hotel, which I would strongly advise against booking. The rooms were extremely noisy, with broken doors, non-functional windows, and air conditioning units that didn't work. I had to change rooms twice within three days due to new issues each time, and the cleaning staff were incredibly loud in the mornings, showing no regard for guests. The only redeeming quality was the friendly porter, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay.
