They provided good sheets, but I never received my payment receipt and the bathroom was in poor condition.

The sheets were clean, the location was good (close to the center), the staff were friendly, and I paid by card. However, when I arrived there were shared common areas with other units, the room was narrow and not the one I had booked on the website, the ceiling was damp‑stained, and the bathroom was the worst—there was no toilet seat or seat cover, the hot water was scorching and unregulatable, the door lacked a lower section letting all the smells drift in, and the bathroom already smelled bad on arrival. It was noisy when people walked upstairs and down the hallway. At checkout they tried to charge me $48 instead of the $35 listed online; I had to show the reservation for them to adjust it. I’ll upload photos of the bathroom, now I understand why it wasn’t there when I booked.

The place is well‑situated, but the beds were very uncomfortable and in bad shape. On the last day we ran out of water for basic needs, and when I messaged the owner he never replied. It’s not worth the price.
