We stayed yesterday for one night and everything was perfect – spotless cleanliness, host Carmen was extremely kind, the location was ideal and everything was available. Nothing else to add; we’ll definitely come back.

Artwork and theming were great, and the central location was convenient. The shower didn’t work properly, the fold‑out bed moved, and breakfast was limited.

The room was clean, everything was in order. The owner was very friendly. Close to the station and the Basilica. Highly recommend.

Great location and very good communication. The air conditioning was noisy.

The facility was clean. I was deeply disappointed with the experience. More than minor inconveniences, what left a bitter taste was the unwelcoming attitude and total lack of customer care. The TV didn’t work, the duvet was too small and left the mattress exposed, and the breakfast included in the €80 consisted of a simple doughnut that looked stale and powdered coffee. For an espresso I’d have to pay an extra €3, even though breakfast was already included. The most unpleasant part was being told I’d have to book directly with them because Booking takes a cut. I got the strong impression that this place is aimed mainly at foreigners, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer. For the first time I left Campania with a strong sense of discomfort and bitterness. From a place in Pompeii I expected hospitality, courtesy and attention; unfortunately I found the exact opposite.
