It’s the best in London for value and the reception staff were great. The breakfast could be improved; it was very basic. If Ramada improves the breakfast, it will be the icing on the cake.

The staff were very helpful, the reception guys were excellent. The window handle was broken and the curtain did not look like it could keep noise out.

I didn’t stay in the hotel because I did not like how it is. The security environment was unsafe, the halls had no cameras, and I felt unsafe.

Great location. Dirty and run down. Whole place needs a good clean and some investment. Room was dirty

Where do I begin? The place was filthy—carpets were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The sink drain was so bad that when you turned the water off, dirt actually came back up into the sink. The air‑con didn’t work; the staff said it hadn’t been fixed for years, but I shouldn’t complain because the ad doesn’t mention air‑con! You can barely open the windows, the place smells, and you’re basically sleeping on the motorway. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in during my 57 years on the planet.
