I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant service was truly commendable, and the food was top-notch. Although the hotel's overall charm was a major draw, I did notice a few minor issues, but they didn't detract from my overall experience.

“Good for the location and purpose”

Unfortunately, my breakfast experience was a bit of a letdown - it wasn't ready until 7:45 am, despite my request for 7:30 am. However, the staff took full responsibility for the issue and assured me that they would work on improving their service for my next visit. While this wasn't the start to my day I had hoped for, I appreciated their willingness to learn and improve.

“Decent offer”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag - on the one hand, the restaurant offered a great selection, and the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. They also made it easy to pay with a card and provided me with a prompt bill. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and fast. On the other hand, the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, and the corridors were in need of a good cleaning.
