“Due bellissimi giorni fuori dal mondo .”
The location was beautiful, and the silence there is one of the things I love most about a place, so this was a paradise for me. The first‑floor lounge was really welcoming, and the breakfast was well‑crafted, with a different sweet each day; besides the usual items, there were artisanal‑looking sweets that were very good. I’ll come back because I liked it a lot. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the world for a few days, or just a quiet spot to stay before exploring that lovely part of Friuli. If you want a private location where no one bothers you, this is the place. Friuli always steals my heart. A critique feels excessive, but if I must be constructive, I think the managers were friendly yet perhaps too reserved (maybe too Friulian), with little chatter and few directions. I asked if the restaurant service was available and was told “not always.” That evening I booked elsewhere, but then I realized they had set up a reserved table, which disappointed me—I would have liked to eat there. The sauna and whirlpool room was closed; I didn’t know if it required a reservation or was simply shut, so I gave up. Internet was absent, and even inside the property it was weak—this could be a flaw.
