The hotel’s location is great with many restaurants nearby; the staff are perfect, super friendly, and quick to reply to any request, and the breakfast offers a wide selection, including tartlets and fruit for dessert.
The room was spacious and the airport shuttle and train pickup were excellent. Stephanie organized a great tour, and Jason, the guide, was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The staff were friendly. However, there was no fridge in the room, only a kettle that came without tea bags or instant coffee. Despite the no‑smoking sign on my corridor, people were smoking in the hall and no one addressed it. The staff don’t speak English, making conversation difficult. The hotel is close to the airport but far from the city center; a short Didi ride is cheap, but you still need a car to move around.
The value for money was solid, the room was roomy, there was a washing machine, and the international breakfast was quite varied. The location was perfect for visiting Tianmen Mountain. The building feels a bit dated, and the staff struggle with English.
“Ótimo custo benefício”
The staff were helpful and attentive.
“Ok stay if you’re on a budget”
The place sits in a convenient spot, but the name is a bit off, making it tricky to locate. I booked the 3‑room flat on the 6th floor, yet the elevator only goes up to the 5th, so I had to climb a few stairs. At checkout the lobby was packed and no one helped with my bags. The bed had tiny bugs, probably because the room isn’t heavily booked. The shower was also disappointing.
