We were deceived by the hotel; they didn’t open when we arrived, forcing us to book another place. The little thing we saw was dirty and unpleasant.

I couldn’t even review the place because we were never hosted. We arrived in Berlin for a 2:00 PM check‑in, but the host completely ignored us. After hours of trying to resolve this with customer support, we were forced to find and book alternate accommodation on our own. It wasn’t until around 6:30 PM—after we had already secured another place—that the host suddenly started calling to ask where we were. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional.

When I arrived, nobody was there to greet me; the whole place was shut, and I hadn’t received any instructions on how to get the keys or check in. The name on the reservation didn’t match the name on the building, making it even harder to find the right spot. I tried calling the hotel for help, but despite multiple attempts I couldn’t get the necessary information to enter and take possession of the room. I ended up at the destination with no room to stay in, forcing me to book another hotel last minute, incurring extra hassle and costs. It’s unacceptable that a confirmed booking isn’t properly managed and that a guest is left in this situation upon arrival. I expected at least a clear check‑in system or precise directions to access the room.

Helt klart beliggenheden. Alt andet. Et håndklæde. En dyne. Ingen kopper til kaffen Ingen lys på opgangen. Vupti ingen strøm på hotellet, men alle andre steder. Desuden betalte vi 50 euro for parkering vi aldrig fik. Mester forsvandt ud i det blå og var ikke til at få fat i igen. Kender du programmet 0 stjerner, !!!!! Så gang det med 10 Lad være med at tage der dertil. Hold dig fra denne mand😈 Når du ankommer skal du ikke lede efter stadtoase. Det findes ikke. På adressen ligger "det magiske hotel" märkicher hotel. Held og lykke 👎👎👎
