The room’s location is unbeatable, the breakfast was solid, and the staff were great, though we had to cross the street to reach our bedroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

We were on a honeymoon and arrived at Pisa airport late at night, where a pre‑arranged driver took us straight to the hotel; check‑in was quick and efficient, and a cold Prosecco awaited us in the room; the hotel also booked a table at the restaurant so we could eat before bed; the room was comfortable, clean, and we slept well with very little street noise below; the location is great and walking around the whole city is easy; we also borrowed bikes a couple of times and had a blast cycling around the walls and beyond; the train station is within walking distance and trains run often in all directions. The only slight gripe was that the breakfast became somewhat monotonous after a few days; it was still good but a bit less varied.

The hotel sits inside the old town walls, making it super easy to stroll around, and they even offer bikes to ride around the walls; nothing negative.

Great location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, delicious. We stayed in a room outside the main building. It was good, but the air conditioning didn’t meet our needs; we felt hot in September, which was quite unpleasant. It wasn’t worse because there was a standing fan.
