“Ho trovato ospitalità, cordialità e accoglienza.”

Ho trascorso 3 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene, potrei dire che mi ha portato fortuna perché il viaggio di lavoro che mi ha condotta a Roma è andato benissimo. L’appartamento era ben organizzato, con spazi ordinati e molto puliti. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile nell’accogliere le mie esigenze di check‑in e check‑out, e meritava un 10. La colazione era servita al bar al piano terra e era eccellente. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità e chissà, magari ci rivediamo presto!

Niente, tutto brutto. Il proprietario non è disponibile e si limita a scuse, l’acqua per la doccia è sempre fredda, la stanza è tutta sporca, il letto è sporco, e il pavimento è sporco.
